Unacceptable behaviour
The consumption of alcohol or drugs within our centres is prohibited. Logic4training reserves the right to remove any candidate from a course if their behaviour towards other candidates and /or staff is unacceptable and disruptive to the course.
Photographic and sound recording equipment
Please note that the use of photographic and sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited within any part of the premises where the course is delivered. Any candidate found to be using this type of equipment during their training and / or assessment may be asked to leave their course with no refund of any prepayment.
Force majeure
Logic4training shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of Contract by means of any delay in performing or failure to perform any of Logic4training obligations in respect of the Services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Logic4training reasonable control.
